Return Policy

We currently do not accept returns. However, if the item you received is severely damaged or significantly defective, please contact us at [email protected]. We are happy to investigate and assist with any product quality issues. Please include your order number and a photo of the item in the subject line for faster processing.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

  • Change of mind or personal preference;
  • Incorrect size or color selected by the customer;
  • Damage caused by improper handling or misuse;
  • General wear and tear;
  • Special or discounted items (including “Big Sale” > 30% off);
  • Customized or personalized items;;

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations must be made within 1 hour of order placement.

Termes:

  • If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount to your original payment method.
  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Non-Refundable Terms

No refunds will be given in the following circumstances:

  • Missed Delivery – The courier attempts to deliver the item multiple times, but the recipient is unavailable; Packages are typically held for 5-10 business days. If unclaimed, the package may be returned or destroyed;
  • Refused – The customer refuses the item for reasons other than damage;
  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address – The shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete (for example, the apartment/unit number is missing);
  • Package Marked Delivered – The courier marked the item as delivered, but the customer cannot find it;
  • Customers must contact their local post office, neighbor, or property management office;
  • Once the courier has confirmed delivery, we are not responsible for theft or misdelivery;
  • Signature confirmation is recommended;
  • Cancelling an order while the package is in transit (within the promised delivery time) will be considered fraudulent. We reserve the right to withhold payment and investigate the identity of the payer;
  • Sizing Issues – No refunds or exchanges will be issued for incorrect sizes;
  • Refusal to Pay VAT/Duty – If duty or VAT is not paid and the package is returned or destroyed, no refund will be issued. For more information, see Duties and Taxes.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available in the following circumstances:

  • The package is lost or significantly delayed in transit;
  • If tracking shows no progress and delivery has not occurred within 35 business days, a refund will be issued;
  • The package or item arrives damaged and the item is seriously defective or unusable;
  • Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging immediately.
  • After verification by the courier, we will refund or replace the item.

Partial Refund or Exchange

If one item in a set has a quality defect, or the defect is minor and repairable, we may replace the item or provide a partial refund.

Returns and Exchanges (Special Circumstances)

If your return request is approved:

The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

We will provide a return address in the email. Please do not return the item to the address on the original packaging label.

Customers must use a trackable shipping service and provide tracking information. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Allow 3–5 business days for processing (banks may take up to 5 business days).

If a refund is delayed:
