General Policy
All shipments are subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes determined by the recipient’s local customs authority. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are beyond the seller’s control.
Refusal of Customs Duties
If duties or taxes are refused or not paid upon delivery, the package may be returned to the sender or destroyed. In the following circumstances:
No refunds or cancellations will be offered.
- Any fines, penalties, or fees incurred due to the return or destruction of a package are the sole responsibility of the recipient;
- The recipient is responsible for monitoring the delivery status and ensuring that all duties or taxes are paid promptly;
- By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and agree to these terms;
Additional Notice for US Shipments (Effective May 2, 2025)
All shipments entering the United States may incur duties.
The recipient is responsible for paying all applicable duties prior to delivery.
If the package is refused or customs duties are not paid, the package will be returned to China and there will be no refund or order cancellation due to the penalty charged by the courier.
